Great massage, very relaxing, good stretching as well - listened to my needs and where my pain was.

Jim is very knowledgeable and skilled in what he does. I came in with severe back pain and left feeling back to normal. Jim also gave recommendations on injury prevention and how to treat this injury if it happens again.
